Our home is the perfect Lake, Foliage, Honeymoon/Romantic, Ski, Spring & Fishing Escape! Amazing 250' prime Lake Champlain waterfront luxurious with great swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, skiing and close to everything you might want to get out and explore from foliage to apple picking, cider making, Ben & Jerry's Factory tour and lots of great festivals, events and amenities. Hardwood floors and tile on the first floor and tile and brand new Berber on the second floor. Private deck off the master bedroom overlooking Lake Champlain and the Adirondack mountains with amazing sunsets almost every night. Master bath with Jacuzzi tub overlooking the lake and mountains, 5 skylights, gas insert wood stove, all new appliances and custom cherry cabinets & granite counters throughout. Also a brand new double access deck off the first floor grand room and sun room overlooking Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. Full recreation room w/pool, ping pong, slide hockey and darts! We have 5 kayaks, flat bottomed fishing scanoe, brand new paddle boat, floaties & private dock. Amazing bass/trout fishng right off our docks and fabulous deep water fishing charters as well.
